In 1993, while a student of Waseda University, he established a network organization for student entrepreneurs “ETIC. Student Entrepreneur Conference”.
In 2000 he incorporated ETIC. as NPO, and assumed the President.
He has been tackling career design assistance business for University students, internship assistance for venture companies and NPO and reforms of career education at University and other schools to foster entrepreneurial leaders and promote social innovation.
In 2001 he established “ETIC. Social Venture Center”.
And he held the first contest of business planning for social venture “STYLE” in Japan, which aims at fostering and supporting many social entrepreneurs. “STYLE” has been held annually since 2002.
